VTA Celebrates the Tamale Festival!

San Jose, Calif.-The Santa Clara Valley Transportation Authority (VTA) is supporting the Story Road Tamale Festival in San Jose and invites the public to join in on the fun. VTA encourages all festival attendees to take public transportation to the community event.
The 2008 Story Road Tamale Festival serves as a day to celebrate family, tradition and the contributions of the Hispanic community. VTA representatives will be available to offer trip planning and provide information about public transportation in the valley. The festival includes musical and dance performances, Mariachis and a Tamale contest.
