Comments:	VTA is soliciting bids for the printing of Carcards; printed materials that are displayed inside VTA bus and light rail vehicles. The finished product (Carcard) is inserted into a frame that is permanently mounted to the bus or light rail vehicle, near the top, inside the passenger compartment. The infroamtion printed on the carcard changes on a semi-regular basis, and includes one, two, three, and four color printing. The carcards are printed on 0.020 Styrene, 0.024 Cardstock, and Flexcon BUSmark® (or equal) decal material. Many items are printed on only one medium when printed.

Comments:	Addendum #4 issued to notify all potential bidders of removal of one radiator(VTA #109731) from contract and increase the annual allowed escalation factor from 3% to 6%.
